Crockpot Quinoa Chicken Chili

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced (raw)1 onion,small (diced)1 yellow pepper,diced3 tbs chili powder2 tbs cumin1 tsp cayenne powder1 tsp salt2 cloves garlic, diced1 can tomato sauce1 can diced tomatoes and chilies (Rotel)1 can black beans1.5 cups frozen yellow corn (thawed)4 cups ff chicken stock1 cup quinoa (uncooked)
Directions
Dice raw chicken and put in crockpot with seasoning and garlic, on high heat for 1 hour
Add remaining ingredients and cook on med/ low 6 hours ( or high for 4) (until quinoa is done)
