1 C bulger cracked wheat (dry)1 C chopped celery (about 3 stalks)1 C sliced mushrooms1 onion, chopped2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil2 C vegetable broth1 tsp dill weed1/2 tsp oreganosalt and pepper to taste
Saute uncooked bulger, celery, mushrooms and onions in olive oil until onions are translucent.
Add dill, oregano, salt, pepper and vegetable broth.
Cover and simmer until bulger is tender.
Check liquid level periodically to prevent sticking.
