Pumpkin Pie Treat (Vegan)

Ingredients
1 pkg vanilla sugar and fat free pudding mix1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)1 cup water1.5 cups canned pumpkin1 TBSP pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Whip together water, almond milk and pudding mix until smooth. Stir in pumpkin and spices.
Chill and sprinkle 1 TBSP crushed graham cracker on top before serving
