Ingredients
2 tsp dried oregano2 tsp sweet paprika1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp pepper1/4 tsp cayenne1 t olive oil4 thick sea bass steakssalt as neededthyme & lemon peel,slivered
Directions
In a large mixing bowl. combine oregano, paprika, ginger,pepper,cayenne & oil, rub over steaks. In heavy skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add steaks, smooth side down; fry 2 to 3 minutes, until blacken.Turn steaks over reduce heat& cook another 3-6 minutes sprinkle with salt,thyme,& lemon juice before serving.
