Ingredients
*Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 4 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yi (remove) Heavy Whipping Cream, 330 mL (remove) Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup (remove) kale, raw, 3 cup (remove) Apple, Gala (medium), 2 serving (remove) Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 oz (remove) Pumpkin Seeds, 1 oz (85 seeds) (remove) *Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 1 oz (remove) *almond ground, 3 tbsp (remove) Yellow Mustard, 4 tsp or 1 packet (remove) Butter, unsalted, 9 tbsp (remove) Brocolli raw, 1 cup (remove) *Carrot (raw), 2 serving (remove) Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)about 3 tbs hemp oil.
Directions
slow cook all ingredients except seeds, hemp oil and almonds. Add last 3 ingredients when blending.
