Pumpkin Crunch

Ingredients
1-15 oz. can pumpkin1-12 oz. can evaporated milk1-1/2 cups granulated sugar or Splenda3 eggs1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)1 c. butter, melted1 package yellow cake mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT melted butter and cake mix.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture.
Pour melted butter on top of cake mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes (or more based on your oven and degree of "doneness" at 1 hour 10 minutes).
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip.
