Slow Cooker Overnight Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 medium apples, diced (I left the peels on)1 cup oatmeal (old fashioned or steel cut...not instant)1-1/4 cup almond breeze coconut milk, unsweetened1-1/4 Cup water2 tbsp maple syrup (or equivalent sweetener to taste)2 tbsp earth balance (optional)2 tbsp flax seed meal1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Spray sides of slow cooker with oil (otherwise oatmeal WILL STICK). Place all items in slow cooker, stir to mix. Cook on low 6-7 hours. Mine was thin, using old-fashioned oats. Steel cut oats would make it thicker.
