Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Apple, Gala (medium), 1 California Navel Orange - medium orange (131g), 1 Whey Protein Powder Vanilla Ice Cream Flavor (40g), 1 serving DairyLand Stirred Yogurt with active Probiotic Cultures (650g), 0.5 serving Compliments Wild Blueberries no sugar added (600g), 0.5 serving Compliments Wild Jumbleberry Blend no sugar added (600g), 0.5 servingWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Blend berries and 1 cup water in foot processor, pour into 2 litre jug.
Blend orange in food processor, add apple/blend/, add banana/blend, add yogurt and whey/blend, add 1 cup water. Add to juice jug with berries and stir thoroughly.
