Gluten Free Corn Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free flour1 cup yellow cornmeal1 T. baking powder1/4 cup sugar (or honey)1/2 t. salt3/4 t. xanthan gum3/4 c. 1% milk1 large egg1/2 cup melted, unsalted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray muffin pan with Pam. Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. Fill muffin tins about half way. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
