gluten free high protein no added sugar mug cake

Ingredients
3T oat flour (I grind my own oats in my bullet)1T PB21t instant coffee1T cocoa1t vanilla2T almond coconut milk unsweetened.5t baking powder1 egg white2 packets stevia (or your chosen brand sweetener)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a mug (I used a thicker wall mug) and microwave for 1 minute. You have to watch this cake to make sure that it doesn't over cook and this could be easy to do with different watt microwaves and different mugs with different thicknesses of walls.
