Mini Burger Bread

Ingredients
2 cups Oat flour2 tbsp granulated sugar1 baker yeast3 tbsp plain yogurt1 cup waterSalt
Directions
1. Mix warm water with sugar and baker yeast.
2. Let set for 15 min.
3. Add yogurt and salt, mix well.
4. Add mixture to oat flour.
5. Cover and keep it in cabinet for 2 hours (I keep it for 10 hours)
6. Make 10 round bread and brush top with olive oil.
7. Bake at 180 C

Serving Size: makes 10 mini burger breads
