Mushroom and Spinach Frittata

Ingredients
1 cup dices mushrooms.5 cup frozen spinach1 Tbsp Canola or Olive Oil6 large eggs beaten.5 cup cooked spaghetti1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Sautee mushrooms and spinach in oil for 3-5 minutes -- cool slightly. In a medium bowl beat eggs, add spaghetti and sauteed vegetables. Pour mixture into a 9 inch greased pie plate. Top with Cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until egg is set.
