Lower Fat Pumpkin Pie

Pie CrustOrganic PumpkinFat Free Sweetened Condensed MilkEggPumpkin Pie SpiceCinnamon
Roll out crust and put in pie plate (glass is best)
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and blend until well mixed and smooth (can be done by hand with a fork).
Pour mix into crust and cover the crust with aluminum foil to keep it from burning
Place in oven at 425 degrees for 12 minutes
Reduce heat to 325 and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
Remove and check crust, if it is cooking slowly, remove foil and cook another 7 to 10 minutes, until pie looks fully cooked.
Serving Size: 10 even slices in pie
