Cilantro Lime Chicken with Black Beans and Corn

Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 7 thigh, bone and skin removed (cut into cubes)Lime Juice, from 2 limes Cilantro, raw, 1 bunch choppedYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 454 grams Garlic, 2 cloves Red Onion Raw 1/4 cupBeans, black 1 can *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (ground)Salt, 1 tsp (To taste)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (to taste)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a resealable gallon size freezer bag. Mix together and zip close. Place in freezer if your not using it that day (or next day).

If frozen thaw in fridge for 24 hours before hand.

Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
