Pumpkin Pie-lets

1 15-oz can of pumpkin puree3/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground1/4 tsp Cloves, ground1/4 Ginger, ground3 to 4 Tbsp Truvia Natural Sweetener, depending on desired sweetness2 large eggsCoconut Oil spray (or vegetable oil spary)15 grams crushed Pecans
Mix together all ingredients except for the pecans.
Spray a mini-muffin tin (24 cups) with the spray oil.
Scoop 1 Tbsp of mixture into each muffin cup.
Sprinkle each cup with the crushed pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings of 3 each
