Sweet Potato Cassarole

Ingredients
Sweet PotatoesOrange JuiceBrown SugarWalnutsMini-Marshmellows
Directions
Boil the Sweet Potatoes w/skin on. Cool and peel.
Cut sweet potatoes and place in 9x12 pan in individual serving size. Pour the orange juice over the potatoes, sprinkle with the diced walnuts; sprinkle the brown sugar over the ingredients.
Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle on the marshmellows and put under the broiler for 1-2 minutes maximum. SERVE. Makes 20-25 servings easily
