Ingredients
1/2 Green Bell PepperTwo Shallots1/3 Cup Garlic Breadcrumbs2 TBsp Pesto with Basil16 ounces Ground Turkey16 ounces Ground ChickenNo extra sauce needed. Comes out juicy and flavorful.
Directions
Mix pesto and bread crumbs with diced bell pepper and shallots. Add turkey and chicken. Mix well and place into loaf dish. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
