low fat coleslaw

Ingredients
1 small head red cabbage1 red apple1/4 c sunflower seeds1/4 c sunsweet dried blueberries, cherries, cranberries, plums1 tbsp honey1 cup plain non fat yogurt
Directions
Chop up cabbage and apple. Add sunflower seeds and dry fruit and mix with cabbage and apple. Mix together honey and yogurt and then gently toss into cabbage mixture. Serves 12
