Grilled Parmesan Turkey Burger

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives1/4 teaspoon pepperdash salt
Directions
Brush grill rack with olive oil, heat coals or gas grill. Mix all ingredients. Shape n to 7 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

Cover and grill patties 4-6 inches from medium heat 12 - 15 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center.
