0.50 tsp Ginger, ground 0.50 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.25 cup Cornstarch 0.50 tsp maple extract 13.50 oz Goya 13. 5 oz can Coconut Milk, 0.50 tsp Corriander OR Pumpkin Pie Spice1 serving Pumpkin Puree (15 oz. can) 12 date Dates

PREHEAT oven 350'

Spoon cream off top of coconut milk can -
....add 1tb honey and 1tsp vanilla ...mix well and set in fridge to use for whipped topping.

Blend all ingredients in VitaMix.
Poor into pie shell or baking dish

BAKE: 1 hour
