*Soup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial, 2 can (10.5 oz) (remove)*Fish Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)Shrimp, raw, 8 oz (remove)*Beef Lunchmeat (roast beef), 12 oz (remove)*Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 10 cup (remove)*Snap peas, 2 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)shanghai noodles, 340 gram(s) (remove)
put broth in pot add 3 cans water and 2 tbsps fish sauce bring to a boil and add noodles, Boil for 2 minuts and add shrimp and larger stem pcs of bokchoy or.sui choy. Add mushrooms and beef. Add peapods and take a peeler and peel long shreds of carrot into soup. add rest of choy and boil 2 more minutes or until shrimp are pink. Serv immediately
