2 pound lean ground beef1 can 780ml stewed tomatos1 can 780ml diced tomatos2 can 378ml mushrooms1 large green pepper diced2 can 378ml baked been in tomato sauce1 can 378ml red kidney beens1 tbsp onion powder4 tbsp chilli powder2 tbsp cummin2 tbsp black pepper1 tbsp paprika2 tbsp minced garlic
brown meat and drain. add all ingredients to dutch oven pot (keep liquid from cans) and add half seasonings. add chopped green pepper. simmer on low for 1 hour. add rest of seasonings (adjust to taste) and simmer for 1 hour more. serves 12 1-cup and a bit. Serve over brown rice.
