Apple Slices with Nut Butter

Ingredients
1 Granny Smith apple1 tbsp Nut Butter (Cashew nut butter is great)
Directions
Use an apple corer to de-core the apple and slice into 1/2 cm slice rings. Alternatively half the apple and de-core. Slice length ways to get half moon shaped slices.
divide the nut butter equally among the slices and eat!!

Serving Size: makes about 6 rings or 12 half moon slices
