Spicy Peanut Butter Mushrooms and Noodles

Ingredients
4 oz Rice Noodles8 oz Snow White Mushrooms1/4 a Sweet Onion4 Ounces of Water2 Tbsp Soy Sauce2 Tbsp Peanut Butter1 Tbsp Siracha Hot Sauce1 Tbsp Garlic Power2 Tsp Curry PowderSalt to taste
Directions
Prepare noodles as directed on package.

Slice Mushrooms to about 1/5 inch strips
Cut off 1/4 of an onion, separate each ring and cut each ring into 4 petals

Combine 4 oz water with Soy Sauce, Garlic Powder, and Curry Powder

Spray Medium Pan with Vegetable Cooking Spray, heat to max temperature.
Add onion petals and cook for about two minutes flipping to make sure they don't get burnt.
Turn heat down to med-high heat, add mushrooms and salt
Keep flipping and mixing for one to two more minutes.

Pour in water/soy sauce mixture, reduce heat to medium
Let cook for 5-10 minutes

Turn heat back to high and add peanut butter and Siracha, mix well as the sauce reduces.

Once the sauce is the consistency you want (~2-3 minutes) remove from heat.

Add noodles and mix. Now it's ready to serve!
