1 15 oz can no salt added or low sodium garbanzo beans (Chickpeas) drained4 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp paprika1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp ground cumin1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Preheat your oven to 450°F. Rub garbanzo beans with a paper towel to dry well and remove the skins. Place in an 8x8x2 baking pan. Drizzle with oil: stir to coat.
Roast for 20 minutes, stirring once. Stir in paprika, salt, garlic powder, ground cumin, and black pepper. Roast for 12-14 minutes more or until the beans are dry and crisp. Cool completely.
Makes 4 servings
To Store: Store in an airtight container at room temperature overnight.
