Homemade (easy) rocky road ice cream

Ingredients
1 package of chocolate instant pudding2 cups of 1% milk1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheesemilk2/3 cup marshmallowsHershey's (I used air delight) chocolate bar 40g
Directions
Mix pudding with 2 cups 1% milk. Pour the liquid into ice cube trays. put the trays into the freezer for 1hr. put pudding cubes into a durable plastic container. mash, stir, or blend until creamy. Add 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and milk until desired consistency is reached. Add marshmallows and chopped hersheys bar and stir. grab a scoop, then put into the freezer.Enjoy.
