GF Almond Flour Pancake Sausage Muffins

2 links breakfast chicken sausage1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon cinnamon3 large eggs from pastured chickens4-5 Tablespoons almond milk or coconut milk (they're great both ways!)4 Tablespoons maple syrup1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, eggs, almond or coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Mix sausage, which has been diced into small pieces, into the pancake mixture.
Divide mixture evenly between 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown and cooked through.
