1 package of Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage (5 links )1 tsp. dry mustard powder1/2 tsp. Salt5 lg.Eggs2 cups Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories10 Slices of gluten free energy lite tapioca bread8oz. Sargento Fine Cut Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Crumble sausage into a medium skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain.
In a medium bowl, mix together mustard powder, salt, eggs and milk, Add the sausage, bread cubes and cheese and stir to coat evenly. Pout into a greased 9X13 baking dish. Cover and chill overnight.
Preheat oven to 350
Cover and bake 45-60 minutes. Uncover and reduce temperature to 325 bake another 30 minutes or until set.
