Apple Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar, unpacked2 tsp. ground cinnamon1 medium granny smith apple, peeled and diced1/3 cup sugar1/2 cup butter, softened2 large eggs2 tsp. vanilla extract1 1/2 cup flour1 3/4 tsp. baking powder1/2 cup skim milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon and toss with apple. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Layer batter and apples in two 7x3x3 small loaf pans. Bake about 20 minutes till tests done.
