1-1/4 pounds ground turkey (97% fat free)4.5 c whole wheat rotini pasta (6 .75 cup "servings")1 med chopped yellow onion1 tbsp chopped garlic1 chopped bell pepper (yellow, red or orange)1 sm can no-salt chopped tomatoes2 c chopped fresh broccoli1 tsp low-sodium Worcestershire sauce1-1/2 c low sodium chicken broth1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp oregano
Sautee garlic and onion in olive oil, brown meat, then add all the other ingredients. Simmer for approximately 1 hour.
