Coconut "Popcorn"

Ingredients
*7 oz (3.5 cups) unsweetened coconut flakes*1 spray coconut oil (about 2 tsps)*1 TBSP unsalted butter*1 tsp Kosher salt
Directions
1) Toss coconut flakes in oil and salt, and place on baking sheet.
2) Dot coconut flakes with butter
3) Toast in a 425 degree F oven (or toaster oven) until it's a nutty light brown color. Allow to cool and enjoy!
