Cream Cheese Apricot Cookies

Ingredients
4 oz. fat free cream cheese4 oz.soy Garden Margerine1/2 cup white flour1/2 cup whole wheat flouradditional flour for dusting
Directions
Combine cream cheese, margerine and flours until a dough forms. Add more flour if necessary.

Form ball. Cut in half, Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into squares. Place tsp of preserves in center of each square. Fold two sides over the top.

Place on baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Once cooled, can be dusted with confectioner sugar(not listed in the ingredients.)
