Chloe's Killer Cornbread

Ingredients
.6 stick of butter.5 cup creamed corn1 cup green chilies.5 cup onion/pepper/celery mix3 large eggs.5 cup sour cream.5 cup plain greek yogurt1 tsp cajun seasoning1 tsp salt1 tsp garlic1 cup yellow self-rising cornmeal
Directions
melt butter, use 1/3 of butter to grease well a 10" cast iron skillet
put skilled in oven at 375 degrees and heat well (10 min)
add corn, chilies, onion mix, garlic to butter and stir
add eggs, sour cream and greek yogurt to mix
add cajun seasoning and salt
add cornmeal just enough to stir in well, do not over stir
pour cornbread mixture into hot skillet and cook for 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees


Serving Size: 1/8 of a 10" round or square cast iron skilled
