Taco Seasoning

Ingredients
3 T whole grain wheat flour3 T cornstarch3 T onion flakes1 T vegetable bouillon1 T garlic powder1 T cayenne1 T chili powder1 1/2 T ground cumin2 T hot smoked paprika1 1/2 t onion powder1 1/2 t black pepper1 1/2 t Splenda
Directions
Mix ingredients thoroughly. Store in an airtight
container. Brown lean ground beef in a skillet, add
2 T of Taco Seasoning per pound of meat (using it's
raw weight, not it's cooked). Stir thoroughly. Add
1/4 c water and continue to cook, reducing the water
until there is no liquid left in the pan.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 9 pounds of meat @ 2 T/pound
