Easy Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
4 cans Hunt's fire roasted diced tomatoes2 pounds boneless/skinless chicken breasts1 can diced green chile peppers
Directions
Add frozen chicken breasts, tomatoes, and chile peppers to crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or thawed chicken breasts for 3-5 hours.

Shred chicken with fork (it will fall apart after cooking for so long) right before serving.
