1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder3 TBS Canned Pumpkin Puree1 TBS ground flax seed2 egg white2 TBS almond milk, soy milk, or skim milk1/2 tsp Steviapinch of saltpinch of baking powderdash of pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour onto hot skillet, turn just as bubbles appear. If you wait for too long, they will burn a bit easier than regular pancakes. Don't make too big as they are a bit floppy when you turn them. Top with jam, fruit, or eat plain...tasty just by themselves

81249/. Cook low and slow, definitely. I made four 5" or 1/4c pancakes, but next time I want to do small silver dollar dunkers. I ate this with with Maple Grove Farms SF Butter Flavor Syrup. - 1/30/14
