basmati and wild rice, 75 gram(s) thai fish sauce blue dragon 100ml, 0.25 serving *Mixed frozen veg, 100 gram(s) *(OXO) Vegetable Stock Cube, 1 serving *Crushed Black Pepper, 1.5 tbsp

put it all in a pan with water and boil untill rice is cooked through fully
