Spicy White bean and quinoa burger

Ingredients
15 oz can Cannelini bean drained2 cups cooked quinoa (.5 cup dry)Garlic, 5 clove1 Tbs. *siracha chili sauceEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 largeQuaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 0.25 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp salt and pepper to taste (not included in nutrition info)
Directions
Drain and rinse beans. Mince garlic finely. Mash beans with a fork with the garlic. Add quinoa, siracha, beaten egg. Grind oats into flour and combine with flax meal. Add enough of the oats/flax to bean mixture to bind. Refrigerate mixture to combine flavors and firm. Divide into 4 patties and pan fry in olive oil.
