1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt1 cup frozen cherries1 cup frozen beets1 cup kale1 medium banana1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Add additional water or ice cubes if a different consistency is desired. If you have parsley or other greens that you need to use before they go bad then add them to your smoothie - don't let them go to waste.
