Sausage potato soup

Ingredients
3/4 cup onions, diced 1/8 inch ( I used 1/3 cup)1 slice bacon, 1/4 - inch diced1 garlic clove, minced 1 oz. ( 1/2 cup) chicken bouillon 1 quart water2 medium potatoes , cut in half lengthwise , then cut in 1/4-inch slices2 cups Kale sliced into 1/16 inch strips1 sausage link out of casing cooked and crumbled3/4 cup fat free half and half
Directions
Place onions and bacon into 3-4 quart saucepan , and cook onions over medium heat until the onions are almost clear. Add garlic and cook for one minute.

Add chicken bouillon, water and potatoes, bring to a simmer for 15 minutes.
Cook and crumble sausage until cooked through drain Add sausage and remaining ingredients, then simmer for 5 more minutes and serve.
