CTM's Roasted Cinnamon Cashews

Egg white, fresh, 1 large (remove)Water, tap, .25 fl oz (remove)Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 1 cup, halves and whole (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Preheat oven to 250. Spray baking sheet with cooking oil. Lightly beat the egg white with water until frothy. Add cashews, then stir until well coated. Sprinkle cinnamon over the coated cashews then toss to coat thoroughly. Spread coated cashews evenly on the prepared pan. Bake for around 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden. Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container.
