2 cups quick oats2 cups cooked lentilsTbsp soy sauceTbsp ketchuptsp (ish) Cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder
Mash all together and season to taste. Roll into balls. Bake on sprayed sheet at 400 for 20 minutes. Turn them once or twice.
