Ingredients
Leftover chicken thigh baked the day beforeonion cooked in olive oilkaleasparagus tipsmushrooms, maybe two tablespoonscrushed red peppercayenne pepperNature's seasoningTony Chachere's More Spice (if not hot enough)one leftover sausage link
Directions
saute onions in oil
add kale and asparagus when onions are transparent
add spice and stir
add chicken, diced up sausage link and then broth
cook for at least 4 minutes while boiling
if desired, add 1/2 tsp of cornstarch in a little bit of cold water to thicken
