Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups unsweetened Almond Milk1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt1 cup chopped baby kale1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries1 medium banana1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
Directions
Blend all in a high-speed blender until smooth. Add additional water or ice cubes if a different consistency is desired. If you have parsley or other greens that you need to use before they go bad then add them to your smoothie - don't let them go to waste.
