Brown Sugar, .3 cup, unpacked Oats, Quaker, 1 cup Flour, whole grain, 1.25 cup Baking Powder, .25 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice, .5 tsp Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat, .3 cup Canola Oil, 4 tsp Banana, fresh, 4 extra small - smashed (I use a stick blender)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C/390 F.
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix bananas with oats in separate bowl or jug. Add beaten egg, vanilla and oil, then add banana mixture to dry ingredients and mix till just blended.
Spoon into sprayed mini muffin tins. Bake about 15 minutes - until they spring back when pushed.
