Ingredients
3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt1/2 cup minced flat leaf parsley2 Tbsp minced red onion1 tsp dried dill2 Tbsp lemon juice1 tsp 100% maple syrup1/8 tsp salt2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
