Ingredients
0.33 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 2 cup Peas, frozen 1.50 cup Corn, sweet yellow, canned, cream style 2 serving 1 Spanish Onion, Med, diced 4 tbsp Butter, salted 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 16 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 400 gram(s) Cheese - Cracker Barrel Marble Light (=1,1/4 " cube) 4 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
Directions
Brown ground beef with onions. Stir in creamed corn and set aside. Parboil diced carrots, peas and corn. Mix into beef mixture. Top with mashed potatoes and top with cheese. Bake @350 for 45min or until cheese is melted and bubbling at edges. Serving Size: 8
