Huevos con Migas

Ingredients
*fresh onion, 0.5 cup (remove)Butter, salted, 3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove)Scrambled Egg, 3 large (remove)*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Tia Rosa Yellow Corn Tortilla, 20 oz (2 tortillas), 5 serving (remove)
Directions
Dice tortillas & saute in olive oil until slightly crispy.
Dice onions and add to tortillas until transparent.
Add butter, then scramble in eggs.
