Brown Rice Syrup, .25 cupmaple syrup, .25 cupNatural Peanut Butter, .25 cupOatmeal, 2 cup dry Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz) (remove)Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels Chocolate Chips, .25 cup
1. heat over low heat the brown rice syrup, maple syrup, and peanut butter until it is combined and smooth. Remove from heat. Add a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.
2. Add the oatmeal and a dash of salt. Add raisins and chocolate chips and stir until mixed.
3. Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the oatmeal mixture. Using fingers wetted, press the oatmeal into the pan to make even.
4. Bake for 18 minutes in a preheated oven (350 degrees).
5. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan by pulling out of pan on the parchment paper. Let sit to cool completely.
6. Cut into 8 bars with a large knife.
