Creamy Chicken Mushroom Risotto

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast2 cans of cream soup (I use Mushroom and Celery)Mushrooms whole. Rice (I used white because it was on hand)milkcheese( optional)Chicken Broth
Directions
Place everything in a slow cooker and cook on high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 6
